An assessment identifies if there is a problem or opportunity for improvement. To address more complex conditions identified during the assessment, an outpatient appointment can be scheduled at Professional Therapy Services, Inc. North Peoria Clinic. Although no physician referral is needed to see a physical therapist, some insurance companies may require a referral for coverage.
