Rock Climbing

Rock climbing and bouldering puts great stress and force through the upper body, particularly the fingers, wrist, elbows and shoulders. The core and lower body are also significantly challenged with climbing demands. Injuries can include muscle strains, tendonitis, and ligament sprains surrounding any joints involved with balancing and supporting one’s body weight. Traumatic injuries can occur in the event of a fall and can range in severity.
