Running

It is quite common for runners to experience pain or injury in their lower bodies. Many injuries are related to overuse because whether running long distance or sprinting, there are repetitive stresses and forces to the muscles, tendons and joints. Common examples are: stress fracture in foot or lower leg, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, “shin splints”, patellofemoral pain syndrome, iliotibial (IT band) syndrome or hamstring strain.
