What does an Olympic athlete and a grandmother have in common? It may be more than you think. This class will blend together current updates and advances in the area of strength training in older adults. We will explore strength training progressions to help clients engage their whole body and improve their independence.

Attendees: Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by a participant must be written and postmarked no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled seminar date and will result in a refund less a 15% service fee. PTS reserves the right to cancel the seminar 7 days prior to the scheduled seminar date. All participants will be notified in the event of a cancellation and a full refund will be issued.
