As a rehab professional, you have a choice to make between a red pill and a blue pill. Taking the blue pill allows you to stay within your current understand of human movement. Nothing changes, you remain unaware of the endless possibilities of movement progression. Taking the red pill will thrust you into looking at human movement through a different lens. You will dive into 3-dimensional movement working from a top-down as well as a bottom-up approach. You will learn advanced exercise prescription as it related to function. This course is ideal for the outpatient and SNF therapist looking to improve their ability to modify exercises from a therapeutic exercise to a therapeutic activity focus. Activities learned in session are applicable to multiple patient populations including neuro/Parkinsons and orthopedic conditions. Take the red pill, exercise prescription as you know it will never be the same.

This 90 minute session will focus on how to recognize and navigate difficult topics in clinical education. Topics will include the proper way to fill out the CPI, teaching/mentoring clinical reasoning and working with difficult students.
