Continuing Education Credit: PTS is approved by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation as a continuing education provider for physical therapy and occupational therapy, License 216-000021 and 224-000038. Each course is offered for 0.2 CEUs (2 contact hours) unless otherwise noted.

Attendees: Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by a participant must be written and postmarked no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled seminar date and will result in a refund less a 15% service fee.  PTS reserves the right to cancel the seminar 7 days prior to the scheduled seminar date.  All participants will be notified in the event of a cancellation and a full refund will be issued.

Registration Information: Class size limited, advanced registration is required. Registrants will be accepted on first come basis. Registration fee included course materials and certificate of attendance. (No refreshment service available). PTS employees contact Becky Balkema for pricing.
